Ideal for appreciating ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets, the outdoor areas provide an ideal location to relax. The home is just a few steps away from a shared private beach boardwalk. Interior areas include a first floor open plan with a dining area for six but could comfortably accommodate more. Adjacent to the dining room table is a breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, dark Butcher Block counters, handsome backsplash tiling, a farm sink, and a convenient close by half bath and laundry/pantry.
