Pool coming Summer 2024!!! If tranquility and relaxation is what you want then look no further. This 4 bedroom 4 and a half bath beach home will meet your needs and then some. Located on the peaceful east end of the island, this home is within walking distance to the beach. After a long day spent playing in the sand and surf savor your evenings and relax on one of the covered decks with a nice glass of wine or for the early riser a cup of coffee while being mesmerized by a spectacular sunrise. All bed linens and towels are supplied with your rental and beds will be made upon arrival. An inground pool and sundeck will be added and ready in time for the summer.

Sticking to your budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

• If there's a specific Carolina Beach beach you are crazy about, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
• Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your contract.

• Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect your property!
• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
