“Diamonds & Pearls”. A serene 1,400 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Sandpiper Bay Country Club in Sunset Beach, NC. Just mins. away from the Sunset Beach, Calabash (the seafood capital of the world) and Ocean Isle Beach. Businesses are locally owned. You can be a beach bum, golf, deep sea fish, shop, or seek adventure zip lining or renting an ATV. This condo is completely furnished and equipped with mostly anything you need.

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Carolina Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to compel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
