  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
