The Pool is open memorial day to first week in October. The hours are 8:30 am to 8:00 p.m. The pool is subject to close early if there is possibility of extreme weather, hazardous pool conditions, or for maintenance WITHOUT notice. We will give you notice as soon as we are notified ourselves. We will not give any refunds if the pool is closed no matter what. It’s out of our control.

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is a great way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.

  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
