This space is the bottom floor of our home. It is a separate living space from the top two floors of the home. The owners live upstairs so you may see them coming and going. The bottom floor is very roomy and located in the heart of handsome Carolina Beach. Only 7 blocks to the beach and a walking path which is at the end of the driveway. Close to boat ramps, state parks, beaches and the Cape Fear River. Only persons on the reservation are allowed on the property, also there are no events or events. There is a ring doorbell. Extra guest fee after 2 guests. Please book the space with the correct amount of guest. AC is remotely set using Ecobee.

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Mike Chappell Park, while Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights. • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
