Unwind at this relaxing beach home located on the beautiful west side about mid-island on a street with direct public beach access just steps away! No need to drive and try to find parking. Feel complimentary to bring your family pets, if desired! Home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (3 queen rooms and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds), each room has their own intelligent TV. Ideal for families or a few couples! The kitchen is open to the great room. All furnishings has been freshly upgraded, along with decor and linens. There are 2 outdoor showers, one enclosed/private in the backyard and the other in front yard to rinse off before going in the home. There is a “crow’s nest” top deck where you can savor sunrise and sunset vistas of the inter-coastal and ocean! The kitchen is entirely equipped with all kitchen essentials. There is a laundry room w/washer & dryer and a grille on-site.

Note, there are exterior security cameras at front & rear entrance into the home, as well as garage/carport area. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. They are stringently used for security at entrances and fire/damage protection while home is unoccupied.

In peak season, mid-June through mid-August, we require a 7-day minimum stay that goes from Sun-Sun. We made this change to ensure our cleaning crew has time to do a thorough clean & launder the linens. Saturdays in beach towns, the cleaning crews are spread very thin with little time to clean. In addition to having a very clean home, another renter benefit is you won’t experience the intense check-in/check-out traffic on Saturdays. ????

  • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
