True North are handsome ocean front condos! This ocean side, (Unit 4) has the most amazing vistas of impressive, couple friendly and fun Carolina Beach NC! Located near the North end of the beach. Master and main area have balcony's with ocean view and private beach access. 1 million+ renovations and newly decorated and new to Airbnb, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The nighttime vistas of the incredibly bright stars are nearly as handsome as the daytime sunshine and sea.

True North are oceanfront condominiums, with ocean vistas and harbor vistas. This unit is ocean front and one of the best vistas in the entire building! Interior is freshly decorated and is fresh and clean, includes everything you need to prepare your own meals, and have a comfortable stay, and have a sense of a home away from home for your entire stay. This condo has a cavernous master suite with ocean view from the bed and room as well as a personal balcony. The couch pulls out as a sleeper couch to sleep 2!

The parking lot is complimentary and has marked spaces. Each unit has one. There are also serval additional spaces un marked that can be used for additional cars but are on a first come first serve basis. There is also a public beach parking lot directly across the street from condos.

Condo located on the North End of Carolina Beach but still within 2 miles to the boardwalk and island attractions such as eateries, shopping and the boardwalk carnival!

Animals are permissible with a fee of $100 per pet that will be requested separately and prior to your stay!

House Rules
* No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home and no events, illegal substances or activities allowed on premises.
*Please note if you wish to appreciate the ocean breeze with doors or windows open please turn off the AC. Failure to do so causes heavy condensation to drip from vents and stain walls and you will invoiced for this damage if it occurs. Thank you for understanding!
* Supplies: Feel complimentary to use any items in the refrigerator or pantry. Dishwasher tablets/ detergent can be found under the kitchen sink.
* Family Pets: Dogs are not allowed on furnishings, we also ask that you pick up and dispose of any leavings on the grounds. If there are any appearances of pet hair or stains on furnishings you will be issued a invoice for professional cleaning.
* Pets on the Beach: 4/1- 9/30 Leashed dogs allowed before 9am and after 5pm. 10/1- 3/31 Leashed dogs allowed all hours *Dogs never allowed on wooden boardwalk or boardwalk district
* Outdoor Rinse Station: to rinse off beach sand before entering the home, please after beach activities
*Beach towels are supplied for you in the basket in the unit
* Parking: There is 1 designated spot underneath the building, 1 per unit with a parking pass found inside unit upon checkin.
Please put this pass in the dash where it is conveniently visible in your car during your stay and leave on the counter upon your checkout. Unmarked cars will be towed in order to maintain the integrity of the private parking.
Height restriction is 7ft, parking spots are standard size 9ft wide x 20ft deep. Larger cars may be a bit tight but still permissible.
Public parking is just around the corner from us and is $25 per day on a first come basis.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to book the best Carolina Beach vacation rental experience:

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your agreement.
  • Does your family require special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

During your stay:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many difficulties.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your life at home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
