Lucky Duck, a beautiful, cavernous, open planned, (with new floor throughout the home) privately owned 2nd row home on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, TV in livingroom with Merge, master bedroom TV Roku streaming, loft tv for videos, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Nightly units require a departure maid service.
