Loggerhead Heaven - Is a very peaceful privately owned single family home on the canal. Inside you will have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in the open floor plan living room/kitchen area and relax on the screened porch while appreciating canal vistas. There is a study which could conveniently turn into a play room for modest kids. Loggerhead Paradise has a stone walkway to the private floating dock where you can launch a kayak, canoe or paddle board into the canal, or sit back and relax as you cast a fishing line. Downstairs is a living area with an on suit bathroom/shower which leads to the outdoor areas, where there is plenty of room to savor the bird life, fishing or just relax reading a book.
Interior amenities are a washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, central heating and air, ceiling fans, WIFI, 3 colored TV's,
Exterior amenities are screened porch, outside shower, covered porch, floating dock, plenty of space on a corner lot to fish.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
