Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch & floating boat dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
