Enter through the main door and find the living room, where serene aqua hues paint the walls and vaulted ceilings create a light and airy feel. Bright pops of color and an artistic assortment of (you guessed it) flip flops bring interest to the space. There is a covered front porch facing the ocean with patio furnishings, so you can sit and watch the view or listen to the waves.

To the left are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, with vaulted ceilings and windows facing the ocean. The other has an under-the-sea theme, with a twin bed with a twin-sized trundle and a double bed. Both rooms have a TV for your entertainment. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with two sinks, with direct access through the queen bedroom as well as through the hallway.

The kitchen and dining area are open concept along with the living room, curating a ideal home for quality time with your appreciated ones. The dining space has huge bay windows and a dining table that seats six. There are also an additional four bar-height chairs. The kitchen has a striking granite countertop with pops of color along the cabinetry. It comes with all cooking basics, as well as a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, so no need to fight over coffee with the family in the morning.

Walk out the door to the covered porch overlooking the backyard, with patio furnishings so you can savor that coffee in the morning and evening drinks when the sun is setting.

Take another left to reach the primary bedroom, equipped with a TV, king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Access the covered porch through this room as well to appreciate some time without the kiddos. The bathroom has two sinks and a shower so extravagant you'll really feel like you're on vacation.

Outside, enjoy the swinging hammock or a fun game of corn hole. There's a gas grille for those summer evening al fresco meals and an outdoor shower for those after-beach rinse-offs. This rental comes equipped with beach accessories like chairs, toys, umbrellas and a cart to pull it all in!

With only a four-min. drive to the nearest grocery store and other various stores and eateries, you're close by to everything at this property. There are multiple close by activities, like a public kayak launch only three mins. away. The best part? The beach is only a min.'s walk from your front door. Slap on those flip-flops and enjoy your time here times 100!

This unit will change to a Saturday check-in beginning fall of 2024.

Tips and Tricks to get the very best Carolina Beach rental home experience:

Finding the best rental home value:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have deals for local accommodations and attractions.

Filter your search:

  • Select your vacation dates and maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. 100 Flips and 100 Flops: Bright, Beachy and One Minute from the Sand has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Carolina Beach rental home search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before booking the home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is best for your trip.
  • If there's a certain Carolina Beach beach you crave, keep an eye out for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.

More considerations:

  • Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
  • Note any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peace and quiet. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
