• 2 entirely furnished balconies for you to appreciate the charming outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests.
• All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are included.
• Two golf carts are supplied: one 4-seater and one 2-seater.
• BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is by the sea. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James.
