• 2 entirely furnished balconies for you to savor the handsome outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests.
• All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are supplied.
• Two golf carts are supplied: two 4-seater carts
• BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is by the sea. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. • June, July, and August are high season in Bald Head Island. To book the best rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance.
