Over-sized cars may not fit and are the responsibility of the car's owner to find adequate parking if the car does nto fit in the unit's included parking space. Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible for finding additional parking for guests who bring more cars than allowed at the property.

In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
