This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.

Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.
PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have fast access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your home manual & guidebook. If you need help accessing this info or have a question please keep ALL communication via the AirBnb app - this is what they prefer we do.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

• On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
