Spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach or the private Cabana pool, and prepare a full meal right from your home away from home! This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.

Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.
PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have fast access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your home manual & guidebook. If you need help accessing this info or have a question please keep ALL communication via the AirBnb app - this is what they prefer we do.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
