Dock details: The lower boat dock is 8 x 16 with two cleats corner bumper and bumper running across the front. It has an upper deck with covered boat lift. The top deck is 12 x 16 and the ramp is about 40 feet long.

  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
