Welcome to Water View Cottage! This appealing two-bedroom, two bath home features a huge wrap around porch with water vistas, ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or evening meals. Inside you will find a charmingly modernized kitchen with cathedral ceilings and colorful original artwork throughout.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a sizable en suite bathroom complete with hottub tub. The guest room has a queen bed and a TV, and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway with a enormous, bespoke shower. There’s tons of space in the main living area for you and your guests to gather, and the sun room is a great place to curl up with a good book.

The bungalow features a fenced yard for your family pets, and the front garden is filled with herbs and flowers that make you feel like you’re in a private getaway. The sound access is directly across the street and is the ideal spot to put in kayaks or paddle boards. This comfortable haven is a ideal blend of modern amenities and cozy appeal, and we’re sure you’ll want to come back again and again!

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.   • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
