  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
