“Mary" is a entirely refreshed 1940’s beach bungalow in the heart of Carolina Beach with room for 8 guests, 6 adults and 2 kids. She has all the modern amenities and is a short walk to Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Lake, known for lively, summer music, eateries, bars, shopping, fireworks, and carnival rides! Beach access is less than 50 steps out the front door and across a peaceful, one-way street. Out the back door, walk down the block to the Lake for the Saturday Market or a family movie.

You'll savor "her" simple access to the bungalow with only 5 steps up to the sizable wrap-around porch. Appreciate using the propane grille and plenty of outdoor seating with a table for outdoor dining. The double front door opens to the original pine floors, shiplap walls and a enormous great room including a dedicated work space. The bungalow features all new appliances including dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, motion sensor kitchen faucet, and washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-additional-long beds that can be made into a king of desired (3rd bedroom has it's own tv).
