About this Property

  • Sleeps 6
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 950 square feet

The best value in Carolina Beach: a second row price with a pristine view and simple beach access. Totally unobstructed ocean view from this second row, third floor Condo. This is a 4 story walk-up with no elevator. Great exercise -- and the view is well worth it once you get there.

Access the private deck through two sets of sliding doors: one from the living room and one from the primary bedroom (go to and fro without disturbing the group). The top floor view gives you a front row seat to both handsome sunrises and delightful nighttime skies, with enough space and seating for your entire event.

Bring the whole crew: this homey condo sleeps six. Appreciate a high quality queen size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper couch with upgraded bed in the living room, and two comfortable twins in the cavernous second bedroom. The two full bathrooms allow big groups to get ready faster. An efficient kitchen and huge dining area make it painless to appreciate your vacation meals, whether you prepare them yourself or have them delivered from one of the great close by eateries. Kick back for some TV time or a bit of reading to recharge your batteries on the living room’s comfortable couches.

The sliding door in the second bedroom leads to a balcony overlooking the pool and canal (the historic and gorgeous Intracoastal Waterway). Watch the boats float by and savor the sunset. The building’s private, shining clean saline pool has an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing.

The white sand of Carolina Beach is a short walk away, just across the peaceful street. Beach visits are mess-complimentary: everything you need can be stored in the closet, and the outdoor shower keeps the sand downstairs. Each unit has a locked closet in the parking structure, so take advantage of the beach chairs and toys available for your use; no stairs required! Savor the handsome view, warm water, and uncrowded bliss of Carolina Beach from a family-aligned home base with all the amenities you'll need. Have a magnificent, casual vacation!

Tips to get the perfect rental experience:

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To get the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • First and foremost, have your family choose date ranges and a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Unobstructed Ocean View! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible online. If not, email or call the host before you book the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
  • If your group is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

Advice for a smooth stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Record any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
