TOES IN THE WATER (formerly known as Sands III Unit 1C). Totally modernized 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo on the first floor with spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Totally equipped kitchen with new appliances, new cabinets and a coffee bar, complete with Keurig. Granite in the kitchen and pretty bamboo floor throughout! New beds and furnishings and completely modernized bathrooms.

Painless beach access and only 6 block walk to downtown, the boardwalk and marina. Dining, shopping and nightlife abound. Take a walk around Carolina Beach Lake across the street or rent a paddle boat. 17x9 outdoor pool and assigned parking for 2 cars (max). Don’t forget the family pet as your modest dog (less than 30 lbs) is welcome with payment of a non-returnable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All family pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.
