Welcome to Three Little Birds beach home. Canal front home is located close to the Concord St beach access and right in the center of the island - close to the stores, and eateries. Bright and airy open concept living area and kitchen. Sliding glass door leading to outside deck with plenty of seating to savor the water vistas. With 4 huge bedrooms and 2 on suite Jack N Jill bathrooms you'll be sure to have plenty of space for a family of 10. Kitchen is completely supplied, and linens are supplied, just pack your bags. Bring the fishing poles and even your boat. Private dock with a ladder on the canal!

When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Carolina Beach area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property.   • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
