The master bedroom is street side, has a queen bed, adjoining private bath and vistas of the sound. Sit outside on the oceanfront deck to get a dose of fresh air and savor the amazing view. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an additional parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street. This is a non-smoking unit. No family pets allowed.
