Vitamin Sea is a private 1 BD apartment located 1 block or short 3 min. walk to the beach w/ public access. Conveniently located to all outdoor activities CB area has to offer: fishing, cycling, surfing, kayaking, deep sea charters and the boardwalk featuring great shopping and eateries! Ideal stay-cation for a modest family or couple!

-30 mins. to downtown Wilmington

The neighborhood is peaceful, and close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Interaction with Guests:
All interactions with guests will be very helpful but minimal unless requested. We will be extremely responsive but unobtrusive.

About the Area

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
