What a suite deal: this enormous family Carolina Beach rental has 3 king suites in additional to two bunkrooms, and is arranged in a logical fashion for either interior stair access, exterior stair access, or elevator access to all interior levels. Eyepopping up-close vistas of the intracoastal waterway access or the ocean greet you as you wind your way upwards throughout the home, culminating in 360 vistas of the island from the rooftop bar. It just doesn’t get any better than this if you are coming with a crowd but want to have down-time privacy and flexibility to fix meals at separate times as you come and go from the beach or fishing cruises. There are interior luxury living, dining, and cooking spaces on two different levels of the home. If you crave outdoor cooking and rooftop dining at Carolina Beach, go no further than your very own rooftop bar with gas grille where you can even watch the game while you are taking in the salt sea air and the Atlantic Ocean at Carolina Beach.

Ocean View Rooftop Parlor: Adirondack pub chairs, hot tub seating 8, outdoor dining for 14, outdoor living room for 8, loungers for 4, gas grille. Rooftop is not serviced by the elevator.

Rental Policies: 
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Parking: Private Driveway with parking for 4 cars, size dependent. Boat trailer parking allowed. 
Linens: Sheets and Towels are included by a professional linen service in sealed sanitary packages which will be laying on the top of the bedspread. 

Arrival/Departure: 
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm 
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm 
Check-out is by 10 AM. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: 
min. of two dogs allowed, each no bigger than 50 pounds. Pet costs for first dog are supplied in your reservation. Fees apply if there is an additional dog. 

Cancellation Policy: 
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking 
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee 
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach.   • Summer months are high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).
