The Captain's Quarters is located on a natural canal. Located close to the center of the island - this home is ideal for the family that wants to walk to the pier, island eateries, putt-putt, and the new town park. Finest of all - it's a very short walk to the Concord St. beach access. Bring your boat and the family dog as The Captain's Quarters has a private dock and is pet friendly with a non-returnable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. . This island home sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms with a shared bath on the left and right side of the home. 2 rooms have 2 XL Twin beds in each room and the other two rooms with a king bed in each. The Captain's Quarters is a Blue Ribbon where sheets & linens are supplied and beds made upon arrival.

When to book a Carolina Beach rental & When to go:

  • Summer time is high season in the Carolina Beach area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
