Private gated building on the boardwalk of Central Carolina Beach, park the car and never have to get back in! Private beach access, full use of one bedroom beachfront condo, completely supplied kitchen, complimentary parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, linens included and starter pack for TP, PT, trash bags, travel size soaps.

Guests have full access to this one bedroom condo and additional sleeping arrangements on the pull out couch, entirely supplied kitchen, private balcony, private beach access, gated covered parking (when available) and additional parking across the street in two separate gravel tons. Additionally, there is an elevator and suitcases racks available for guests. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas & wagons.

This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn. Pets are allowed up to 70 lbs. Please bring cash for the cleaning crew. $50 up to 25 lbs, $65 up to 70 lbs.

Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
