This beautiful beach bungalow that was constructed in the 1950s and has been restored but has kept its original appeal with a modern flare. This home has a cavernous fenced in backyard and grille out area, entirely outfitted kitchen. The home is located in the heart of Carolina Beach and is in walking distance from the boardwalk and two beach accesses.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
