“Thalassa” is a gorgeous new construction home that offers 4-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a amazing central location. The main living level of “Thalassa” welcomes you with a enormous open concept living space. Complete with a sizeable living area, dining table, and kitchen, this great room is the heart of the home and a magnificent gathering space for family meals, movie nights, board games, and spending time together. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, a huge sink, an eat-in island with seating for 5, and ample storage space for your groceries.
