Our freshly modernized 1 bedroom condo is located in Sea Trail Golf Resort and overlooks the 17th green of the Maples Course. This is really a golfer’s heaven! Savor all of the amenities Sea Trail has to offer, including three 18-hole golf courses, private beach parking at Sunset Beach, 3 outdoor swimming pools, and a exercise center with a yoga/pilates studio and sauna. The resort is also home to a lighted driving range, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, multiple practice greens, outdoor grilles, a bocce court and horseshoe pit, and multiple eateries for you to visit.

This cavernous 1st floor unit has 2 queen beds and a full bath to comfortably host up to 4 people. No need to carry your golf bag up flights of stairs! It also features ample natural light, fast and reliable WiFi, central AC and heat, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a full kitchen, a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender, and 2 brand new intelligent TVs. There is plentiful parking just steps from the front door and a screened-in porch facing the green.

That’s not to mention the nature! The condo sits beside a relaxing pond frequented by herons. Sunset beach has places to view everything from pipers, plovers, and pelicans to alligators, and birdwatchers may even spot a roseate spoonbill.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.
