Welcome to our Efficiency Apartment with a private entrance, conveniently located just 1.9 miles away from Sunset Beach Pier, accepting painless access to the elegant beach. While it is an older unit, rest assured it has been meticulously maintained and is kept in impeccable cleanliness.

Please note that the apartment does not come with a stove or range, but we offer alternative cooking options to accommodate your needs.

During your stay, you'll have the privilege of accessing the marvelous amenities of Sea Trail, which include tennis courts, pools, and a well-equipped workout room.

Modest private eficiency that includes a screened in porch overlooking wooded area. The unit is dated but very clean. Located just 1.9 mile from the Sunset Beach parking. It includes access to the neighborhood pool.

Sea Trail Neigbhorhood with ammenities. Walking distance to eateries and a few stores. Also private parking lot on the island on first street.

Please note this private entrance lockout is very similar to a hotel room. There is no stove or oven, just a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a modest balcony. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
