Sunrise Suite 307 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the third floor. There is parking for 2 cars
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
