Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sunrise Suite 307 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the third floor. There is parking for 2 cars
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.
