HOME RULES:
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No family pets are allowed on the property at any time unless you have received written approval from our reservations team.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are allowed for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furnishings.
- No unauthorized events or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising kids and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS:
A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing costs that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received
