The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great stores, entertainment and eateries.

Service supplied every weekend Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: Polycarts will be rolled out to the street Friday nights for trash pickup and returned to their designated place under the building on Saturday.
