  • Approximately 1100 square feet

This condo has been completely remodeled/refreshed with hardwoods, granite, stainless appliances, bespoke cabinetry, bathroom remodel, and bespoke woodwork, to make this the ideal family hideaway or gathering spot for multiple families.
There is one King BR with attached Bath and a Queen in the second BR. The Couch in the living area pulls out to a Queen and the double chair pulls out to a twin. Two full bathrooms one in master and one off the hall.
The home is entirely equipped with anything from bakeware to beach toys/floats/skimboards. There is also a great room patio overlooking private pool.
Located right beside the North End Fishing Pier, the beach is a simple, safe(esp for kids/dogs), 2 min. walk through Pier parking area. Luxury Linens, wash/dryer in unit, reserved parking for 1, guest parking for 1. Parking is under the building and behind the building it is extremely narrow and you need to be careful not to scrape your car on the pilings or fence. Carolina Beach rental home tips and tricks:

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Book your Carolina Beach rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Planning and picking the right Carolina Beach vacation home:

  • Select your vacation week and max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Spacious, newly remodeled condo. High End finish w\/2 patios. Ocean views\/access has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the host before you book the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • If there's a particular Carolina Beach beach you long to visit, search for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking

Some things to know before you go:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
