Living Room #1: Unwind on the comfortable sectional couch and appreciate a movie nighttime on the premium 65-inch TV.

Kitchen: Equipped with double sinks, a humongous island, dining table, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has dishware, silverware, and all necessary cooking supplies. We provide cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and cooking spray. There’s also a cavernous walk-in pantry. Savor your morning coffee at our well-equipped coffee station, which includes a toaster and electric kettle.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).   • Walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
