Shoreline Bluff is a mainland Sunset Beach home located on the Intracoastal Waterway along Shoreline Drive West. It features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, waterway pier, and a private pool with striking vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's just mins. away from award winning golf courses and is a five min. drive to the beach. This gorgeous home has everything you want for your ideal vacation!  Each reservation includes four parking passes for island parking at our Sunset Beach office. 

Not only is this the ideal vacation rental for families, it is also available as an event venue for weddings, get-togethers and other special occasions!  Please contact us for more information about events before reserving. Additional costs and contracts are required to host events at Shoreline Bluff. 

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be supplied at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Tips for getting the best Sunset Beach vacation rental experience:

When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Reserve your vacation home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
