When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Enormous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Generous Properties. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Summer is the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. To find the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
