Located in a prime location on the wooded side of Oak Island, Sea Haven is just a three-min. walk to handsome vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway and a short walk from the closest public beach access! Savor the island breeze from three covered porches and one screened porch. You will also find plenty of parks close by including Middleton Park (.7 miles) where you will find the Oak Island Splash Pad, the Oak Island Nature Center and Malcolm Register Park (.7 miles), which overlooks the Intracoastal, Hannon Templeton Park (.4 miles) at the end of 42nd street and Heron Lookout Park (.7 miles) that offers serene vistas of Davis Canal. Are you a boater? This home is also just up the road from the municipal boat ramp (.8 miles).

Besides donning an spectacular location, you will say "wow" when you enter the home.

All natural pine wood floors set the mood with a clean, classic, yet rustic feel throughout the home.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with a sizable island with plenty of prep space to go along with stainless steel appliances throughout including the range overhanging the island. The duo wine bar spaces allow for setting out appetizers or concocting your favorite drink for the evening.

After your delicious meal is prepared in the gourmet kitchen, sit down and savor your coastal feast at the dining room table that provides seating for six with an additional four high-top barstools surrounding the island.

The master bedroom is everything you can imagine with high ceilings and accent lights directing your attention to the king bed that faces a Intelligent TV.

YES, you can switch on the electric fireplace to appreciate the comfortable feel while in bed or in the tub! Speaking of the tub, the private bathroom offers a cavernous hottub tub, enormous walk-in shower, a dual vanity and a walk-in closet!

Second Level

Up the pine staircase, the second floor welcomes you to three additional sleeping quarters and even an additional living space!

The back left bedroom greets you with a queen bed located between a pair of nightstands with lamps on each side. Tuck your personal belongings away in the dresser or closet space!

Through the shared bathroom that homes a dual vanity and walk-in shower, the second bedroom on the upper level also sports a king bed and dresser to go along with a huge closet space with double doors.

The final bedroom mirrors the last with a queen bed, dresser and a double door entry closet.

A final shared bathroom with full tub and vanity links to the spacious living area. This room is lined with a sizable sectional focused around a huge flat screen Intelligent TV making this space the ideal spot to turn on your favorite movie or watch the big game!

Outdoor Living Areas

This gorgeous abode includes a screened porch and three covered decks with cozy deck furnishings on all four porches.

The main floor offers access through the front door to an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee to go along with your favorite breakfast treat as the coastal breeze rustles through the trees.

The back porch feeds off the kitchen and offers an additional outdoor lounge area on the screened porch. Through the screened door, a large stainless gas grille sits adjacent to two more high top stools so you can fire up the grille and enjoy your favorite drink to kick off the evening.

The top floor homes the final deck space on the front of the home and welcomes you to an additional two top outdoor dining space.

Golf cart units are also available on the island.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
