  • Summertime is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and reduced traffic.   • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
