Unwind with the whole family at your home away from home. We strive to make our place as comfortable as possible. We are close to Middleton Ave which accepts a short two min. drive to the beach. We have three bedrooms, two of which have King beds, and a bunk room with full bed on top and full bed on bottom, and also a single pull out trundle bed available. Fenced in yard so your pup is welcome to come and play.

There is a completely fenced-in back yard with trees and sand and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off. Comfy outdoor chairs under the pergala, along with a picnic table and swing.

When to visit Oak Island & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
