This beachfront roomy duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and walking distance to the marina. This home features 3 sizable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, wood floors, bespoke tiled baths/showers, and a master Jacuzzi. The ocean facing living area provides beautiful vistas and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean front duplex with shared private beach access with other unit. Close to everything, yet in a residential area that is mix of full time residents and visitors.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo for 3 cars in tandem

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have discounts for local shops and restaurants.

If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before you reserve the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what configuration is optimal for your group.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or may be applied to your invoice.
  • Looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .

Considerations for your stay:

  • Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of issues.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Note any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific source for finding the best local spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
