Welcome to Sailfish in Carolina Beach! You will have access to the first floor of this bungalow. It features one bed and one bath, a front porch, and steps away from the sand! We are three homes back from the ocean, and you get a sliver of a view from the front porch! Looking for a calming time, ambiance? This is it!

This striking first floor unit is light and cavernous! The comfortable sectional in the living room is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen, with a subway tile back splash and retro modern refrigerator, is outfitted with the essentials you'd need to appreciate a home cooked meal during your stay. It is open to the dining area with plenty of seating. The roomy bedrooms features a king size bed with comfortable linens. The bathroom has been refreshed with tile floors and subway tile walls. One of the best parts of this unit is the front porch where you can savor your morning coffee while taking in the sea breeze.

We are located a block from the beach in one direction and a block from the intracoastal in the other, so you are never very far from the water!

Guests will have access to the entire downstairs unit in the bungalow. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that everything inside is at your disposal. There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit during your stay, but it has a completely separate entrance.

There is a parking spot for 1 car in the driveway in front of the home.

About the Area

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Finding the best value:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • To make certain that no damages are attributed to your family's stay, record any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
