Freshly refreshed Oceanview Beach House that's only a 10-second walk to the beach access and a 2-min. walk to the waterway from our driveway!!! We're located on a well-known Wrightsville Beach street between Johnny Mercer's Pier and Robert's Grocery/Wings/Trolly Stop (3 blocks away).

Accepting Saturday to Saturday bookings from Memorial Day to Labor Day; no less than 3 day bookings otherwise.

PROVIDED: WIFI, Intelligent TVs, Standup PACMAN Arcade (12 games included like Galaga and Digdug), Regulation Foosball Table, Chess and other board games, two washers and dryers (located 3rd floor and downstairs), professional cleaning, completely supplied kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and home linens (including all linens + bath and beach towels). When to visit Wrightsville Beach & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Wrightsville Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to compel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
