Darling townhouse, handsomely decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing magnificant vistas of shining Banks Channel from both inside your roomy living space and the two sizable balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, eateries, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to effortlessly pull it all to the beach.

We welcome weekly units only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 nighttime minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

  • Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
