The ground level welcomes you with a enormous entrance hall leading to a two-bay garage equipped with a 220V electric car outlet. As you ascend to the main living area, you’ll find a bright open stairway guiding you to three attractively appointed bedrooms, including two guest suites sharing a modern bathroom, and a master suite complete with an office, elegant master bath, walk-in closet, and private decks overlooking the marsh.

The heart of Hawk's Marsh lies on the top floor, where an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and a state-of-the-art kitchen await. This space is designed for comfort with family and friends, featuring bar-level dining, additional office area, and a versatile murphy bedroom/flex room. Parking instructions:
2 Garage spaces with EV charger, driveway parking for 5 depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

**PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

Driveway parking is available for 5 cars, and depending on car size, there are 2 more garage spots available for smaller cars.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
