Appreciate your stay in our rather and clean condo just steps from the beach and pool. Unwind on our cavernous balcony that overlooks the pool while listening to the ocean sounds. Inside you will find a sizable family room, completely equipped kitchen, and extravagant master bedroom. Located close to downtown, across from the beach and a short walk to the pier and Freeman Park - you will have tons to do!

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
