Fantastic ocean vistas overlooking the Atlantic plus the handsomely decorated and modernized 2 bd/2 ba condo will knock your socks off! Walking distance to the famed and fun CB Boardwalk, eateries, and shopping! Take a dip in the ocean or relax with your toes in the sand. Catch the sunrise from your private penthouse deck or from the comfort of the condo! You'll appreciate your stay and want to come back!

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach, while Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending budget:

The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.

Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible online. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before you book your rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is best for your vacation family.
If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property managers charge additional pet fees.

Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
