Recently refreshed, top floor condo only steps away from the beach. 2 Pools and Free Parking. Located in the North End of Carolina Beach, you'll savor a peaceful and laid back vibe, but convenient to the action of downtown and the boardwalk.

We work very hard to make our place feel like home, never like a rental.

This property is located on the top floor. There is no elevator in the building and 4 flights of steps are required.

We are located on the North End of the island. It's peaceful and laid back but convenient to all the action of the boardwalk and all that "Downtown" CB has to offer. We're about 2 blocks from Freeman Park and the Carolina Beach Pier Restaurant and Tiki Bar. The Boardwalk is 1.5 miles South. It's 5 mins. by golf cart, 7 mins. by bicycle, and about a 30 min. walk.

We encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance gives you tranquility of mind when booking a trip that you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for part of, or all of your expenses should an undesirable event occur, not covered by our cancelation policy.

Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:

How to get the best value:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Carolina Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Choosing the best vacation home in Carolina Beach:

  • To start, have your group decide on vacation dates and a budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Winter Specials!\nMonthly Rentals\nFeb & March Left!\n has 1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is commonly available on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property owner before reserving the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges applied to your invoice.
  • Is your group looking for particular amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental

Tips to have a great stay:

  • Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of concerns.
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • At Check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors bothering your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
