The Orchards at Oak Island is a brand new luxury community of short term vacation units. With a total of 9 brand new, professionally decorated vacation rental homes, this is the ideal opportunity for enormous groups of family and friends to get together within a modest community for vacations, family get-togethers, and retreats, while each being in a private single family home but still close enough to be able to walk next door to visit.

Kiwi is located on Lot 3, and has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms,1 half bathroom, sleeping 17, bespoke-constructed home with a private heated pool!

Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four gorgeously appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own opulent full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with 2 queen beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and jack and jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Located on the pool side is the second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle, this bedroom also shares the jack and jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third and fourth bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, walk in shower.

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a entirely supplied haven designed to cater to every guest's want! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an broad array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.

The first of these upper-floor retreats is located on the street side, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite tub/shower setup. Located on the street side, the final bedroom features a queen bed.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of additional amenities thoughtfully included for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with body boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by delightful umbrellas.

There will be a fruit orchard in a common area, shared by the 9 homes, that will have year round harvests that renters will have access to! The community is ideally located within a short drive to all the amenities Oak Island has to offer, including eateries, grocery stores, stores and activities, yet only a short walk to the public beach access! All homes will each have 5 to 8 bedrooms and 5 to 8 bathrooms and all will feature their own private heated saltwater swimming pools. Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. These homes will be available starting in May of 2024, but we can take reservations now for any home / homes you are interested in securing. New photos coming soon!

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.   • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
